High Fructose Corn Syrup

A cheap, sugar alternative, its’ found in just about every processed food and beverage you can imagine. But it’s actually worse than sugar because it’s more calorie dense than the sugar with terrible side effects. Trudeau believes that it’s chemically addictive to users. And it also throws your blood sugar off by draining chromium (a blood sugar regulating trace mineral).

Natural and Artificial Flavors and Colorings

Processed food and beverage products strip out natural food nutrients in the food manufacturing process. Devoid of any real ‘food value’, these manipulated foods become bland, unappealing products that need flavorings and colorings to mask them. Sucrose-Splenda
