English former industrialist Sir Robert Ogden steamed into town this week aboard his $94 million superyacht La Masquerade,chanel pas cher, which was docked at Marina Mirage on The Spit yesterday,sac chanel.
The 55m vessel, admired internationally for its six-star facilities, size and quality of work, has been cruising around Australia.
“We have just been over the Top End and from here we will be heading to Sydney where we will spend about 10 days for Christmas and the New Year,” said Captain Whitely.
“From there we will head for New Zealand and then to the South Pacific.”
Sir Robert voyages have been tracked by superyacht enthusiasts around the world since he bought La Masquerade in 2003 from Dutch shipbuilder Amels.
With his interest now turned to race horses, property and yachting, he has used the vessel to relax and is currently on board.
Knighted for his charitable work, Sir Robert, 72, has amassed a $304 million fortune according to the Sunday Times 2008 Rich List.
He made his money in coal washing and processing but sold the business, A. Ogden Sons, in 2006 for $55 million.
He was also an early investor in London Docklands.
Sir Robert is a major player in the British horse racing scene and is a leading jumps owner. His horses include Star De Mohaison and Exotic Dancer.
La Masquerade, meanwhile, boasts all the features of a luxury mansion.
Its galley is manned by a personal chef and second chef, the cabinetwork is finished with gold leaf, and the yacht boasts a massive marble bathroom with a spa.http://sacvuitton2013.webs.com/
