This article is designed to provide
instructions for printing in a single foil color and in multiple foil

FoilFast printer it is possible to print high quality images on clear
covers with either metallic or matte colored foils. This article is
designed to provide instructions for printing in a single foil color
and in multiple foil colors using a Macintosh computer and the P21x

printer you will need to make sure that your printer is loaded with the
colors of foil that you intend on using as well as with a primer
cartridge that will undercoat your foil printing. Single Color Foil Printing:
1. Choose Print from File menu. If you are using an Adobe program
(Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) a print dialog box will appear that is

Selection information appears in the Print dialog box appears. Because
“Multiple Inks” was chosen, you may now select as many of the cartridge
colors as you wish. To avoid error messages, be sure that the colors
you have chosen match the available cartridges in the Foilfast printer.
